Shipping Policy
At RidgePulse Ltd, we’re all about getting premium outdoor gear—like our PulsePack RidgeMaster—into your hands, ready for the ridge or the daily pulse. We’re pre-trading now, set to launch in July 2026, shipping across the UK from our base here. Here’s what to expect when we go live:
- Shipping Destinations: UK mainland only at launch—more to come as we grow.
- Shipping Costs: Starting at £2.99 for small items, up to £5.99 for larger gear like backpacks. Free shipping on orders over £75.
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after dispatch—processed within 1-2 days of your order.
- Carriers: We’ll use carriers who are cost-effective and offer reliable delivery—tracking included. Other options (e.g., DPD) may roll out for bulk or B2B orders.
- Pre-Launch Note: No shipping yet—gear hits the trails July 2026. Sign up on our Contact Us page for updates!
Returns Policy
We stand by our gear’s quality—built rugged, tested by us—but if something’s off, we’ve got you covered. Returns kick in when we launch in July 2026:
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery—plenty of time to test your new RidgePulse equipment on a hike or commute.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags (if applicable). Wear and tear from normal use? Let’s chat.
- How to Return: Email us at ridgepulse@gmail.com for a return label—UK returns free via our courier (TBC). You cover shipping if outside policy.
- Refunds: Full refund to original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the return. Shipping costs non-refunded unless faulty.
- Faulty Items: If your gear fails (e.g., zipper busts), we’ll replace it free or refund—your choice. Contact us pronto.
- Pre-Launch Note: No returns yet—we’re crafting perfection for 2026.
